Funders Forum
Share common interests, concerns and lessons learned with others.
The Community Foundation partners with philanthropic leaders in the Quad Cities to facilitate discussions that allow other grantmaking organizations to ask questions, share best practices, and explore cooperative efforts.
Membership is comprised of key representatives from all philanthropic sectors, including:
Private Foundations
Community Foundations
Corporate Foundations
Corporate Giving Programs
Grantmaking Public Charities
Advisors to Charitable Trusts
Donor Advised Fund Holders
Significant Individual Donors
Funders Forum meetings happen over lunch and are structured around scheduled discussion topics led by one of the members of the group, always leaving time for open discussion and networking. The member leading the discussion may bring a guest from a nonprofit organization to help present information on a particular topic, but Funders Forum will not be an opportunity to request funding.
