Paul oversees the financial operations of the Community Foundation, which includes internal and external financial reporting and compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and fund management. Paul earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Western Illinois University and is a certified public accountant. He brought to the Community Foundation over five years of nonprofit audit experience. Paul is the treasurer of the Friends of the Davenport Public Library and a member of the finance committee of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois. In his free time, Paul enjoys reading and traveling. Paul lives in Moline with his beagle, Milo.
