Steve joined the Quad Cities Community Foundation in 2022 after spending part of his career in the nonprofit world in grant writing, fund development, marketing, and community outreach. His role as a grantmaking specialist includes helping guide the foundation’s scholarship program, working directly with donors as they generously make grants to non-profits, and overseeing the annual distribution of dollars designated to the many community-based organizations in the Quad Cities and beyond. He serves on the boards of other local nonprofits and enjoys making a difference in people’s lives throughout the community. Steve lives in Rock Island with his family and loves baseball (Go Phillies!), books, and the Beatles.
