Embedding Organizational Strategies to Lead Authentically in a Diverse & Constantly Evolving World – Advancing Equity Workshop Part 2

This interactive 2-hour workshop led by consultant Alfred Ramirez, Diverse Strategies Now, builds on Part 1, guiding participants to craft a practical roadmap for embedding Human-Centric equity principles across all organizational levels. Through dialogue and reflection, participants will explore their roles and strategies to drive sustainable change, improve workplace climate, and align equity and inclusion efforts with organizational growth while fostering a compassionate culture of continuous change and reinvention.

Participant Outcomes & Learning Objectives:

1. Understand Core Equity Organizational Principles and Practices:

Participants will connect the equity and inclusion workplace climate to their Organization’s Mission, Vision, Principles, and Practices.

2. Enhance Compassionate, Human-Centric, and Inclusive Organizational Approaches:

Participants will deepen their ability to contribute to the organization’s impact within inclusive ecosystems in times of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity (VUCA).

3. Commit to Sustained Inclusive Change/Alignment/Reinvention:

Participants will deepen their ability to identify at least three specific, measurable actions they can contribute to the assessment and implementation of efforts to advance equity and inclusion across their organization.

The second session’s networking is at 11:00 a.m. with the program from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Participants who register for both sessions will have a 30-minute break from 10:30 am to 11:00 am. To keep registration costs down we ask participants to bring their own lunch. Light snacks will be provided.
