This interactive 2-hour workshop, led by consultant Heather Hathaway-Miranda, HATHAWAY MIRANDA LLC, serves as the first session in a two-part series on organizational DEI fundamentals. In this session, participants will explore the core principles of building a more inclusive and equitable organization while developing a tailored roadmap for their DEI journey.

The afternoon session, Part 2, will take a deeper dive into practical strategies for embedding these concepts at every level of the organization.

The first session’s networking is at 8:00 a.m. with the program from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Participants who register for both sessions will have a 30-minute break from 10:30 am to 11:00 am. To keep registration costs down we ask participants to bring their own lunch. Light snacks will be provided.
